An illustrative 3D model of a two-storey building that takes itself apart as you scroll. Six custom-made pieces are drawn inside it and made one by one: a brass fin screen, a pendant cluster, a backlit onyx bar, a fluted stone wall, a curved reception desk and a terrazzo floor.

You design the building. We get its hardest pieces custom-made to your design intent by our manufacturing partner overseas, for a fraction of the local quote.

Hover the pieces drawn in outline to see them made. Scroll to take the building apart. Tap a piece drawn in outline to jump to it.

A few of the pieces we make

  1. Facade fins set out to your drawing, turning the corner.

  2. Glass globes and brass fittings made to your sizes and finish.

  3. Bar front, back bar and shelving made as one fit-out.

  4. Fluted panels set out from your elevation.

  5. Curved timber joinery with a stone top.

  6. Terrazzo in the aggregate and colour you specify.

Keep scrolling to see each piece made, or pick one.

Where a specified piece stalls

Most of a building can be bought or built locally. The piece that can’t usually stalls for one of three reasons.

Can’t find it here.
The piece you drew isn’t in any local range, and a substitute would change the design.
Can’t make it here.
The material, the process or the scale is beyond what local workshops will take on.
Can’t justify the local quote.
It can be made locally, but the quote is far beyond what the budget allows.

Each has the same answer: we have the piece custom-made to your drawings by our manufacturing partner overseas.

How a project runs

  1. 1Send your brief and drawings

Drawings in PDF, DWG or images, with finishes, quantities and your timeline.

  2. 2Shop drawings and quote

Our manufacturing partner’s design team prepares shop drawings for your approval, with a quote.

  3. 3A sample, where possible

Wherever we can, we make a small sample first. We show it to you on video, or freight it over if you need it in hand.

  4. 4Made, shipped and delivered

Made by our manufacturing partner overseas, then freighted and delivered to your site.

We keep you updated at every stage, from the first shop drawing to delivery on site.

What we make
